Terms and Conditions

Payment in full at time of booking for new customers.

48hr cancellation policy - If less than 48hrs notice is given 100% of lesson fee is payable.

If a group has less than 4 riders the lesson will be reduced in time and/or an additional fee will be payable by the riders. If only one rider rides in a booked semi-private lesson, a private lesson price will apply.

We do have a weight limit for all riders, dependent on the rider’s ability e.g. beginners and special needs riders may have a lower weight limit.  Our current weight limit for beginners is 13st and for experienced riders 15st.  We may ask you to stand on our scales when coming to ride. This is purely in the interests of our horses, not to cause you embarrassment, so this will be done discreetly.
